Q: How about the sample charges and express charges and lead time?
A: Parplus factory will offer the sample by free charge if we have the raw material or products in stock, but the express fee will be bear by our clients. If clients have special item and color to do, you will be charged the sample fee according to your products request.
Q:Do you have any certificates for the products and Audit for the factory?
A: We have the material test reports,also we can apply for your required reports under your company name if needed;Regarding the audit,our company passed ISO 9001:2008 certification.
Q:How to make sure the products quality?
A:The samples for quality check are available and will be sent out before shipment.
Our QC will double check the quality of mass production as well and will send you IPQC Report for your reference.Also Your can send your QC to our fatory,we will assist your QC with all the inspection work.
Q: When will I receive my order?
A: Production time depends on the product you order. Raw material products need about 1-2 weeks, finished products need about 4-6weeks. Other advertising specialty color items can take 4 to 8 weeks. If you have a specific date when you require your shipment, let us know in advance. We will make every effort to ensure your items arrive on time.
